MamaG, I'm not blonde, dd is. I am however, 5ft 8, with brown hair and a size 12! Have you seen pictures or was that a guess?

Kay. it'll be fine. I had a new mindee last year for only 2 days a week, which is hard for them to bond quickly. When she first came, I couldn't even look at her without her crying! Now, she is wonderful, although I do wish she'd shut up talking about DH, she adores him!

Mama G i think you have auburn curly hair (no reason just my gut feeling)

Hi everyone, I'm in a fab mood!! I've got more customers not starting until Feb but still it's going in the right direction, was supposed to have a lady come today but she's sick but hopefully she will still use me and will start in a couple of weeks as we planned (as long as she is happy when she meets me) I've got another lady coming next tuesday so fingers crossed for that one (3 day week baby to slot in with my 2 day week baby) and the one i have just taken on wants 3 full days for 18mth old and 2 older children to come in holidays.

In the meantime i've got 1 off on hols for 2 weeks so i'm only working today, wed and thu am this week! Next week is the same but i'm going to be settling new ones in on mondays and fridays for a few hours here and there. Hopefully i'll have a 4 yr old after schooler at the end of jan, looking like feb will be very busy! Better make the most of the peace!

MaureenMLove · 14/01/2008 14:08

Not on her Facebook she isn't! Ooops, I wasn't supposed to look!

We're not having mash atm, because dh is on his detox for January, but I will use it on Sunday at mothers. DH will be pleased that there are different size disks with holes in. It says you can use the smallest one for fruit, so that'll make the wine making easier!

Oh well done LMG! You sould like its all coming together. Its so nice when you've got all parttimers because you can end up with quite a bit of time off completely! My Monday mindee is ill today, so I've got a free day and I'm off on Wednesday and Thursday too! (Up until school time anyway)

southernbelle77 · 14/01/2008 18:19

Ooooh I want a potato ricer now!! Just had to look it up on google as I had no idea what it was but it looks fab and all the reviews are positively loving the product!
Enjoy it

MaureenMLove · 14/01/2008 18:23

DMO, I don't know how to do that, LT is much younger and more techno than me! But I am on her Facebook, with a big question mark and the initials cc! I'll amend my profile, just to make it clear!

Southernbelle. It does look fun, but I not even a great lover of mash! DH is most excited at the prospect of crushing fruit in it though, for making homemade wine!

shoshe · 14/01/2008 18:26

Sorry Mo have found you I dont get this blardy facebook thing.

looneytune · 14/01/2008 18:32

For those who can't find the LT bit, i'm the one whose put in the status that I'm happy as ds had lots and lots of lots of fun at school in the end

southernbelle77 · 14/01/2008 18:41

Mo what a good idea - homemade wine!! Although to be honest I'm very much a lover of mash potato so can see it being used for that a lot! And I think DD would have great fun using it too!

shoshe - yes got MSN (when I remember to open it ). Although don't want to put it on here! Will email it to you if you like

MaureenMLove · 14/01/2008 18:59

I just put in my status that I am AKA Mo!
