Hi all. I've had a dreadful week, see here

Started back to work today, baby had explosive diarrhoea (sp)so has gone.

Popping in to MN to say hi then away to collect boys plus after-schoolie

Hope you all have a good day

Boysarelikedogs - I'm so sorry Don't know what to say. We found out the same about my step-gran over Christmas but she's not so young of course. How is the dd? I'm so pleased she has all your family to support her, must be tough for everyone Sending lots of {{{{hugs}}}} (it's looney btw)

Rose - it's not the routine I'm worries about, that's all fine. It's just the transporting them on the school run, car will be sorted but it's walking them all with the 2 yr old who can play up if not in the pram. Oh well. I can't try now as baby is fast asleep and I have someone coming round PLUS it's chucking to down and hail stone coming down hard so I'd rather hide inside At least it's just 3 days in total and then the sisters will be leaving anyway.

Ju, left you a message sweetie. Take care of yourself. x

Oh lordy, how embarassing! I've just seen mindee off with her nan and I was mildly aware that nan was looking at me oddly. It wasn't until I looked in the mirror that I realised why. I peeled 6 large onions at lunch time and my eyes were streaming. I literally had streaks of black mascara down my cheeks! I looked like Alice Cooper!

ROSEgarden · 07/01/2008 15:50

and why would that be diff from your nomal make up????

shoshe · 07/01/2008 15:55

MaureenMLove · 07/01/2008 16:37

MaureenMLove · 07/01/2008 17:32

DH says you clearly know me better than I think!

MightyMoosh · 07/01/2008 18:02

hi again, finally back in london for work. too bloody long on the train! would have started back earlier, but been too ill. Got back, found my room has been changed- everything has been moved, even bed! odd. also found big basket of ironing and folding outside room with a note- WASHING TO BE PUT AWAY. weird welcome!

nannynick · 07/01/2008 22:22

Some days children and cars do not mix - this morning one of my car door handles (external handle) broke, it gets overly used by one of the children who enjoys trying to open the car, when it locked.
E-mailed the garage to see if they can order the parts - doubt they keep that sort of thing in stock.

maximummummy · 07/01/2008 22:52

my ds started at pre-school today - it's the first time i've ever left him with anyone who wasn't family - and he LOVED it

i felt quite tearful leaving him but he didn't bat an eyelid!

ROSEgarden · 08/01/2008 13:14

aw Maximummy, missed this..glad he enjoyed it and bet it was like tearing an arm off for you!
