before you issue her with a formal written warning?

I used to think this was a battle not worth having. But it's unbearable. And rest assured I am no neat freak myself. But, I've gone over it with her time and time again. The duties are clearly outlined in the contract, and I have explained them on several occassions when it became apparent they need clarification and she needed reminding.

Would it be hasty of me to issue her with a formal written warning?

Thanks LadyG - am feeling much much better but will feel even better when i get the results on Tuesday.

I've just forwarded the routine to all who asked - if you're missing it let me know.

Ele - how is Nanny doing? Anymore tidier? Took my AP out last night and her AP friend works the same hours as yours for £15 a week more than my AP gets but she loves it. And the house is always clean and tidy.

I think eleusis's nanny is not comig up to par here. It is possible to do the amount of chores eleusis requires while looking after two children who nap. She is not asking her to dust and clean the toilets and cut the grass. She is asking her to load the dishwasher after the children's meals and put the toys away.
