Morning. Kettles on and toast is done, Selection of toppings on the table.

It could be a long day here, DH is taking the window and half wall out. Thankfully there's 2 rooms between him and us, so we'll be OK, it just might be a bit noisy.

Both mindees were a bit late this morning, both had a shock when they had to defrost their cars! Its absolutely freezing. Got the robot to finish today, so i think we'll get up to the pound shop for some finishing touches for it.

I told mum we must get to the bottom of it as its affecting everyone and it cant go on.i clsoed door on mindee trying to 'claw' me and raahing in my face??(already said bye, she just wouldnt stop!

Right girls, I'm done for the week, so I don't need to be here anymore! I would just like to share my very good fortune, but don't tell Kbear!

We both do market research for a lovely lady round here and its quite an earner at times. now Kbear is at work tomorrow, so she can't do it, but I've got a day off so I can. I have to go to this ladies house and talk about sun tan lotion for 2.5 hours. Quite a long time, but frankly I'll do pretty much anything for £50!!!! I haven't had a job this good for years and poor old Kbear is at work! shhh!

What a night.....went to EYFS briefing and at the end...big HEATED discussion from LOTS of people complaining about childminders having to do soooo much more as if we don't do enough....I couldn't believe the heat going on!!! I wonder what the actual training will be like!

I did think at one point OMG....they are all Mumsnetters and I've got them all in a rage!!!

Report
MaureenMLove · 23/10/2007 22:24

yep! Its all completely your fault! See what you've started? They'll be marching on OFSTED HQ with plaquards and waving their policies in the air. Obviously, they will have sent out newsletters in duplicate and found alternative CM's for their mindees first!

Well I'm in bed but just got laptop as in another panic. This time deffo blood down below (but in mucus) - trying not to panic but I can't help it - now just 'waiting' to see what else happens. Got period like feeling too So glad I'm off this week and glad I have Dr's tomorrow - not that it can stop anything wrong happening. Please keep fingers crossed it's something else (last time it was much brighter and more obvious so not sure what to think)

Looney - & Keeping my fingers crossed you're a bit better this morning

Thanks Katymac - woken up with cramps and pinkish when wipe (sorry, tmi!). At least I have the Dr's at 4.20 this afternoon. I'm trying VERY hard NOT to worry, I really am. God....so glad I've got no mindees this week!!!

How you feeling today?

LoveMyGirls · 24/10/2007 07:40

((((((((((((((LT)))))))))))))
Take it very easy today and don't panic (much much easier said than done i know!) I bled twice with dd1 and was fine, fingers crossed it's implantation bleeding or something and I've heard people say you can get a little bit of blood around the time you would have been due af. Praying for you x x

Report
bloodsuckingLOONEY · 24/10/2007 07:42

Cheers. I did hope it was implantation bleed but this is CD38 and the BFP last Tuesday was VERY strong and so were symptoms and they went on Monday so I've not got a good feeling. I know having a MC in the past doesn't mean the same is going to happen but the cramps feel the same as last time so it's hard to NOT worry - I promise I am trying though! Luckily I have no plans today...just another day of ds nag nag nagging!!!

LoveMyGirls · 24/10/2007 07:45

Can you go to epu? I wouldn't wait for docs appt if i was bleeding, I went straight to hospital both times.

Report
bloodsuckingLOONEY · 24/10/2007 07:46

If it was proper blood on my knickers I would go to EPU but I wasn't sure as this is just when I wipe at the moment?

Report
LoveMyGirls · 24/10/2007 07:55

I would phone them at least?

Report
bloodsuckingLOONEY · 24/10/2007 07:59

I'm going to try and get the number - it should be in the pack I got shouldn't it??? I don't think I can wait 8 and half hours worrying, it's doing my head in!! Someone on our anti-natal thread started with the pinkish stuff and then had a scan and When I MC before ds, I started off spotting and was told to go on best rest as it was a 'threatened' MC - it took a week and half for it to happen then had my op. I can NOT do a long wait again, it would drive me mad!

Report
bloodsuckingLOONEY · 24/10/2007 08:58

Update:

Phoned Dr's at 8.30am to get MY Dr to call me
Called within few mins
Took very seriously and shocked me with blood test results (I only had it done yesterday morning) - 43 days pg so last period must have been implantation
Explained and she said to treat as another threatened MC - no sex, rest etc. and went to phone hospital
Phoned back few mins ago - booked in for scan at 9.30 on Fri, letter all ready for collection.

I LOVE my Dr....she so understands! It helps just knowing that I'm being taken seriously. I explained that before any evidence, I had a bad 'feeling' and she took all that seriously too!!

Now I've just got to wait!
