Mum and Step dad for childcare.

My mum and step dad have offered to have my little one when I go back to work. They haven't asked for any money but I would like to offer something, what would you offer. I'm considering 15% of what I would pay a childminder as I'm given 85% of that back.

That's great! I dream of a job with no late finishes! Was meant to be 11pms last week and finished at midnight, 2am and then 4.30am!!! Makes childcare arrangements a bitch!!!

@Desmondo2016 Oh wow that's no just a late finish - the 4.30 am is half a shift worth of hours! I've had jobs where I don't leave the office on time but I didn't want that whilst I had a young baby.
