Thanks crace DH is home at the moment so hes been doing most of the house work and DGD, so and I only have 1 4year old this week soits easy, sometimes think thats why it is painful, when Im really busy It seems to be better, maybe when I relax i just feel it more, but hey Ho , we all have our crosses to bear, and mine is not as bad as others.

Goin to Scotland nextweek via Liverpool to pick DH as he will be there doing a show, and Meeting up with reidie and hopefully if she is not doulaing Lulu.
