Does anyone use Baby's days software ? Any good ?

It looks great and maybe really efficient ? Would to hear your views !

I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to make people aware!

I've used it for about 4 years and the actual programme is fab but the customer service is shocking. I am a fully paid up customer yet I am not allowed to receive any updates to my system. They wont tell me why. They will only tell me that the director is in charge of who does and doesn't get updates and as I have dared to mention that I find their support rude and abrupt - I obviously am being penalised for this.

I'm obviously going to have to switch to one of their competitors which is such a shame because the system is amazing and all my parents love it! I'm devastated!

I use it- I agree system fab! I get updates, was done just few days ago. It's really great. Have been having probs uploading photos though and they've not been very supportive in helping solve this issue. But I can get over that

Thanks takesalongtime, I was refused the update and they are still refusing it, I think they gave it to everyone other customer bar 2 of us. What kinds of problems are you having with photos? Maybe I can help? If you're using apple device make sure it's updated as that caused them lots of issue also the second upload button works better it seems, and the first one works ok if there are 10 or less photos form my experience.

Have you noticed they changed their T&Cs today? I've decided to set up a long where people can post their (factual and evidenced) experiences of the company.

Hi, Im due to go back to work in a couple of months and have found a really nice nursery, they record the childrens progress via an online system called Babysday but im not 100% sure im happy with my childs data being stored on line , I was wondering, does anyone else have a child in a nursery that use Babysdays and how have you found it?

I am a childminder and I lost all the data that was stored on there after they terminated our account. A lot of my parents are really worried about where the data is now being stored etc as the company haven't given us any straight answers.

I think it's different to internet banking etc and they are regulated and have certain ways of doing things, a complaints procedures, independent complaints bodies etc. Baby's Days don't seem to have any of that. I wish I'd never used them TBH.
