What did you all wear to give birth in? I had a section the first time so for me it was a hospital gown! This time I am hopefully going to have water birth.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I bought some cheapy black, long nighties from Primark. One I gave in birth in and binned, the other I wore that night.

I will be doing the same this time round although I will be delivering in winter. Saying that they crank the temperature up to a million degrees so Im sure it will feel like summer

I cant remember! Think I had one of those hospital gowns but cant be sure!(was only 3 years ago) I know I took some fleece pjs for afterwards but they were way too hot, so this time the long nighty from primark seems a good idea and the way to go! Plus you can chuck it afterwards. And dont forget the slippers/socks!

And I gave birth in January and it was still boiling there so I wouldnt worry about being cold!

I assumed Victoris was joking. I actually laughed out loud at 'modesty guidelines'
