Waters started trickling about 6pm. Contractions are still vague and spaced out but there iyswim.

I have given up on House after two bloody phone calls. Will watch back later some time.

Tis all very well you telling me to go to bed, but I'm all energised

So does this mean the whinging will be over, or will it just change focus?

Hot bath? Followed by hot milk/Horlicks? Followed by lovely foot massage from DH?

Very exciting, but do go to bed!

I stayed up every time I thought I was in labour with DD4 and got exhausted! Eventually, about 10 days overdue, I gave up and just ignored any niggly contractions. 3 days later I went into labour proper and it took 3 hours from the first proper (ie. not niggly!) contraction and I had loads of energy.

Sleep well and hope you get woken up by your first big contraction and it goes smoothly from then on!

im not insomniac so going to turn in after a heavy birthday of dd day btu im going to log in at 7am to read about your new perfect sleeping sweet smelling baby .........
