Waters started trickling about 6pm. Contractions are still vague and spaced out but there iyswim.

At least if its a false alarm, my prediction of 24th at 5pm is still in the running
Cant be tho. She must be in the blissed-out aftermath now, surely.

my 3rd labour was the worst.... first twinge at 10pm, very full on intense contractions for 10hrs, finally gave birth at 11.14am so i feel for flame, sounds like she is having a long one too.

my third labour was also my worst too.

altho, the fact that I had done the splits in lemonade on a newly laid wooden floor 5 days previously and split my pelvis (making me not able to walk and get contractions going) had a lot to do with it!!

Poor flame is creeping slowly toward the 24 hr mark, I really hope she is snuggling by now and not still working at it!

and the miracle was that mine did not............

no no no no no- she must have the baby today in fact i sincerely hope she has already had the baby or i fear she may well split in two if it carries on too much longer!

My third was actually the easiest out of the four. 4 hours from waters breaking to placenta delivery.

im hoping for a sneeze perfect under 3 hr labour

3rd LABOUR was easiest but then it was only one and 37 mins from "oh was it?" to "Feck me its a baby!"

YAY liking that lol!
1st was 24hrs
2nd was 3hrs
3rd we will see in 9 weeks lol

I'm heading over there with my knitting and calving ropes.

Madmissy my third was 4 hrs start to finish.

Sorry flame not what you want to be hearing lovely lady hope you are cuddling your beautiful baby soon.

1st labour 3h7mins dt1, followed 42 mins later by dt2
2nd labour 17h22mins dt3 followed 13 mins later by dt4 (he was in a bit of a hurry and virtually yanked out by cons )
3rd labour- easy 37mins, mw didn't believe me when i said i was pushing- until she (just!) caught dd

really wound up!! wow! at 37 mins

Third was the best here as well... Never believe the horror stories!

pah it was nothing what people neglect to tell you is that the pain you experience during precipitate labours is not less- but rather what you would have had to put up with over 6 hours compressed into a miniscule amount of time then again mw claimed i was only 6/7cm dilated when i started pushing- dd had a little head

37 mins is great Ok so we're sending Eccentrica round with the ropes then its either that or find out what game her dh is playing at the moment (he's back onto WOW again isn't he?) and log on there and ask!
