Postnatel haemorrhoids

Has anyone developed haemerrhiods after giving birth?? How have you dealt with them? What have you done or used to help them to shrink. It is so ucomfortable

How could she tell?? My GP wants to put a needle in it to burst it!!!! That'w why I contacted my obstetrician who has said I should see a surgeon for an opinion and it may need to be injected..

She said it looked red and 'angry' BUT it wasn't twisted so it may settle on its own.

I haven't heard about the needle thing before - that sounds . My dad has had banding so I thought that was the normal treatment.

I suppose that despite the pain and mortification at least they are treatable I suppose.
