Trying to plan what would be a good last meal before surgery? Have to have my last meal no later than 10pm and probably won't eat again until the following afternoon.
I'm thinking something high carb to keep me full, DH suggested a takeaway but I'm scared it'll cause issues for the surgery and assuming it's probably better to have an actually nutritious meal right before a major op 🤷🏼♀️
