Had an planned section last Thursday, so almost a week ago. Came home on the Friday and have been religiously taking ibruprofen and paracetamol on a six hourly schedule since I left hospital but not sure when I should start trying to taper off the meds? How long did you take painkillers for after your section? - I'm not in any pain at the moment but not sure if that's because I've been taking them so religiously on a schedule!
