Vaginal birth, huge haemorrhoid!

Due to give birth in the next few weeks. Previous babies were vaginal deliveries and straightforward so expecting the same this time. BUT. I have a huge haemorrhoid. Has anyone had a vaginal birth with a huge haemorrhoid? Any tips? Was it mega painful ( the bum part, I have realistic expectations of the rest of my undercarriage!)?

Thanks, you were right I do feel better. Sunday I felt worse and could barely walk which luckily the midwife saw on baby's weigh in. She was horrified when I told her I was only taking couple paracetamol a day. I'm now on max dose paracetamol and ibuprofen and taking baths with tea tree oil and milk. Just looking after myself more and there's already a huge difference. Thanks for listening to me xx
