Am nearly 34 weeks but have a history of premature labours, so looks like things might be happening here. Scared now. My back is contantly aching and having contractions every 10 minutes. Going to have a bath and hope it eases off

Have you get sanitary towels? And something to eat and drink?

Will pop back later to see how you are! Good Luck!

sparklygothkat · 25/09/2007 11:34

Really - then I would ring the midwife now, you don't want another suprise!

sparklygothkat · 25/09/2007 11:36

dd2 was a 12 hour labour in total, was in there for hours, just wasn't expecting to go into labour while in london

sparklygothkat · 25/09/2007 11:38

what I meant was they came early and wasn't expecting it. Have been ready this time since 28 weeks

cadelaide · 25/09/2007 11:42

Aaw, don't be sacred sparkly. Actually the fear's normal isn't it, and it'll go soon if you are in labour, remember?
Good Luck.

moljam · 25/09/2007 11:47

sparklygothkat · 25/09/2007 12:02

my back is hurting so much though. Can't even bend down atm, it hurts so much

mears · 25/09/2007 12:09

Hope you are heading to hospital soon. Could be a urinary tract infection which mimics labour and can also set you off in labour. Back pain can be labour or kidney pain.

Best to get checked out ASAP.

sparklygothkat · 25/09/2007 12:10

have had a show too though. DH is just getting lunch and then I will go in
