I've been having contractions since Wednesday, and booked in for induction since Sunday for today.
Started having contractions in back as well as pelvis yesterday.
Had the pessary at 11:15 and lost plug at 13:30ish.
Front and back contractions getting more regular and more pressure at the bottom.
Fingers crossed for it to be happening soon 🤞

Thank you everyone these are my contractions at the minute and I'm about to be re-examined!

Seems they have forgotten about me - was an hour late to monitor me and then said they wouldn't do an internal examination because it looks like they'll break my waters in the next half an hour. It's since been two and a half hours 😡

Contractions are harder to get through as lasting longer and not really giving a break in between. Next in the list so my waters will be broken once someone else's baby is born if nobody else turns up!

Still nothing. Been given compression socks finally when I was meant to be given them at 11:30 am. I know it's not that big a deal but still frustrating when everything else is considered.

Went for a walk an hour ago and they came in to tell my partner that when I got back they'd "sort me out". Haven't been seen 🤷‍♀️

@aewwwenxt hopefully you've been seen to by now! Hospitals seem really busy and under pressure, it's like there's too many expecting mothers and not enough midwives :( had to pop over the hospital earlier and just the wait to see a dr was bad enough let alone the waiting room for the midwife! I just wish I could sleep 😢😢😢

Nope baby isn't here! Was examined and I'm not anymore dilated so they can't break my waters but because I'm contracting I can't have another tablet!
Being examined again in the morning and then we'll see what the doctors decide (if nothings changed)

Ooh how exciting!

Try to get some sleep if you can, who knows how long this can take! I was bumped constantly during my induction due to emergencies (totally understandable but sooo annoying at the time) I was in for 2 days before things really ramped up for me.
