Cadbury · 06/02/2007 19:38

Cadbury · 06/02/2007 19:39

TrinityRhino · 06/02/2007 19:40

oooohh cadbury, congrats, I second the 'Got any tips lulu??'

still having them not quite as strong as last night through the day but getting stronger again just now

sorry I have no memory, when are you due cadbury?

lulumama · 06/02/2007 19:43

snooooooooort!!

just be patient ! baby comes when he/ she is ready !

sex , orgasm and nipple stim help bring on and strenghten contractions and ripen the cervix..but no sex if you think your waters have gone

bounce on the gym ball

visualise the cervix opening and baby coming down for birth

also, listen to your body, eat and drink when you need to and rest if yuo need to...take a bath or shower if you feel like....

just try to go with the flow and it won;t be long before baby is here...

a good backrub from DH is compulsory at this poin

Cadbury · 06/02/2007 19:46

we've tried th4e sex when things petered out earlier lulu - and it was the nipple tweaking that kicked things off this morning. Am going to try the bath soon and hope it doesn't stop things - the shower did this morning.

TR - I am due today but my kids never turn up on time - for anything!
