Post C-Sectioneers - HONESTLY how long did you keep your TEDs on?

anti blood clot stockings -
supposed to wear for 6 weeks after the op,
honestly - how long could you be bothered? I'm up to 4 weeks now and getting heartily sick of them

I wore them for about 2 days, and was also told 6 weeks. I was in hospital for 6 days post partum and I kept getting told off for not having them on but I couldn't wash them and they were horrid.
