My first baby was 7.9lbs and second 8.6lbs, I was quite neat with both but this times round my bump is HUGE & measuring a week ahead!

Mine were all the same, if you adjust for their gestation

DD1 - 40+14 - 9lb 13oz
DD2 - 39w exactly - 8lb 8oz
DS - 38+5 - 8lb 6oz.

DD1 now huge for her age, DD2 dinky and DS about average I'd guess.

mungogerry · 08/10/2010 18:53

9lbs 1. DD
10lbs 2. DS
9lbs 12. DD
10lbs 13. DS

So my boys bigger than the girls.

going · 08/10/2010 18:57

DD1 38+4 7lbs 12 oz
DD2 40+2 9lbs 1 oz
DS 38+4 9lbs 9oz

SummerRain · 08/10/2010 18:58

no, my second was the heaviest at 8lb 10oz and was also the biggest bump (about a hundred million gallons of water... or at least it felt like it when i was flooding the delivery room for hours on end) and the shortest gestation (38 weeks). He also chose to come out back to front with an arm over his face Hmm

He was the easiest birth and the easiest baby though Grin

tegan · 08/10/2010 19:00
  1. dd1 8lb 2ox
  2. dd2 7lb 3oz
  3. ds1 8lb 3oz

yes no 3 heaviest

juuule · 08/10/2010 19:03

Out of the first 3 - yes.
1st - 7lb 13
2nd - 6lb 15
3rd - 8lb 5

7th - 8lb 14 so I suppose if I'd stopped before 7 then, yes, no3 would have been the heaviest.Grin

preghead · 08/10/2010 19:24

I am about to have no 3 who they say is big and I am measuring 43 weeks at 38 weeks! Growth scan this week said he was 8lb already so could be 9, 9.5lb at term they say or if I go over. I am consoling myself that growth scans are notoriously innacurate but the other 2 always measured the right number of weeks so I suspect he is a chunk.

ds1 was 8lb 4 week overdue
ds2 was 7lb 13 ontime

TotorosOcarina · 08/10/2010 19:25

no,

DS1 42 weeks - 9lbs

DS2 40 weeks - 7lbs 11.

DD 40 weeks 8lbs 5.

Fluffypoms · 08/10/2010 19:28

DD1 7lb.5
DS1 6lb.8
DS2 8lb.1
DD2 7lb.3

so yes and were all over due by various days.

MinnieMummy · 08/10/2010 19:37

Ohhhhh yes.

DS - 9lb 1
DD1 - 8lb 12

DD2 - 10lb 11

Still, on the positive side, shortest labour and the only one with NO stitches. Can only presume the other two gouged the way out previously Grin

Good luck!

togarama · 08/10/2010 19:40

I've only got one DD yet but this was certainly true for my mum - babies 1,2 and 4 were all 8lb something and number 3 was a 10 pounder.

MammyG · 08/10/2010 21:51

DS1 9lb 4
DS2 8lb 7
DD1 7lb 1
So no was the lightest and quickest and easiest birth!!

memoo · 08/10/2010 22:22

DD1 9lb 5
DS1 8lb 2
DD2 7lb

So mine have got smaller each time

notnowbernard · 08/10/2010 22:25

DC1 - 7lb 4

DC2 - 8lb 7

DC3 - 10lb 2

All overdue, btw

TheNextMrsDepp · 08/10/2010 22:25

DS1 - 6lb 10oz
DD1 - 5lb 7oz (but induced early due to growth issue)
DD2 - 7lb

Hardly a whopper, but yes, the third was the biggest of the three.

ABitBatty · 08/10/2010 22:27

DS1 7lb 6.5oz
DS2 8lb 13oz
DS3 10lb 7.5oz Grin

loobyboo · 08/10/2010 22:27

Dd1 7lb 10 41wks
Dd2 7lb 37wks
Ds1 6lb 4 38wks had stop growing

ABitBatty · 08/10/2010 22:28

DD1 - 10lb4
DD2 - 11lb 1oz
DD3 - only 9lb 14oz bless her

Nospringflower · 08/10/2010 22:28

Mine got smaller - all boys born around due date.
7 1/2 lb
7 lb

notnowbernard · 08/10/2010 22:30

BibiBelle · 08/10/2010 22:32
Grin
notnowbernard · 08/10/2010 22:33

Please tell me your dd2 was a C-Section...

BibiBelle · 08/10/2010 22:34

eventually, after a 29hr labour and a surgeon telling me that she was sure she wasn't that big a baby Hmm she did come and apologies to me the next day according to DH as I was so sconed on morphine I wouldn't have known Blush

notnowbernard · 08/10/2010 22:37

Well done to you, though!

I thought DS was big...
