Rear Facing Car Seat

DD is 8 months, only 15lbs. We have a Group 0 car seat on loan from sister. She now needs this back for Novmeber. I wanted a Group 1 rear facing car seat, and have found one in John Lewis, however, I dont think she is going to be big enough for it by November, as the min weight is 20lbs.

Anyone know of a Group 0+1 rear facing seat? Or am I going to have to buy another Group 0 for a couple of months?

Have a look at the www.rearfacing.co.uk website for some really helpful info / video crash clips that totally persuaded me to go erf(my d is 4 yes old and loves his rearfacing seat. For a small tiny I would recommend the KISS - sold by the in car safety centre in Essex and also I think by securetot. It can be isofix or belt fitted, doesn't take up lots of room and will happily keep you lo rearfacing until at least 4 yes old (therefore really good value for money). Also it is one of the 4 seats in the world that has passed the Swedish plus safety test (along with the besafe ones, and the azkid ones). So one of the safest seats you can get. Plus the chair part is detachable from the base and has a great set of little wheels and built in "suitcase style pull out" handle that allows u to wheel lo around!!! I love mine :):)

Would definitely recommend looking at thr rearfacing website though before you spend your money in a high street store and possibly regret it like I did once!!! (I would steer clear of most high street chains and speak to a good v reputable independent retailer - even john Lewis bless them have a v poor selection of rear face g car seats ) good luk hope this helps x
