Just 'cause I am nosey.

Okay I will start it off. I am going:

here

and here

and here

I like to have something to look forward to, can you tell?

Now please (please) tell me/us all where you are going, or even where you would like to go, you might convince me to book just one more campsite!

Numberfour you tell me when your going an I will confirm whether our bookings coincide

Could we spot a fellow MNer in a field full of tents/weird people?

Not sure if I am crashing a private thread but will tell you my bookings as they are 2 fab sites we have been to before.

Nayburn Lock, York here and Sleningford Watermill, Ripon here

You are probably down south though!

PS. Any tips for camping with 13 month old dd as she was not mobile last time we camped?
We have bought a convertible length mummy sleeping bag so she hopefully won't be able to escape!

BariatricObama · 20/04/2010 19:57

when dd was wee she didn't get on with the mummy sleeping bag at all. we just used a normal grobag. and when she wouldn't stop kicking th eside of the tent and cackling i wedged the end of it between my legs until she went to sleep!

don't be tempted to go without a pushchair as it is good to have somewhere for naps and also for 'containment' when you are pitching.

have fun!

HappyCamper, they look fab, but I have booked quota for the year, but a girl can look right

I would throw that question open to the floor re:13 month old DD, as mine are closer to 13years than 13 months Although I did take one of those playpen thingys (can't quite remember the correct term) when mine where little.

Tin: 30 April to 3 May.

you there that time?

If so, are we going to go around grinning at all and sundry, giving the secret MN wink:

ATinofBiscuits · 21/04/2010 17:25

Ah, we lucked out, I am going at another time...

It would have been such fun to have a secret MN password: ('Norks' perhaps") and someone to say AIBU to
