Its lots of pennies but it is lovely

and ticks all the boxes

you also seem to get an orchard and mellow lighting chucked in free.

Ah, but the brinylon (?sp, looks odd either way!) will create the most awful static.

fillyjonk · 08/07/2007 17:38

ah, then i can use it to charge up my ipod, and thusly be green

Blandmum · 08/07/2007 17:42

If you are going to be spending that sort of money on a canvas tent then i much prefer a Cabanon at least you have a separate bedroom, decent headroom and you can fit it on a campsite pitch.

oh and they are really quiet inside, we went to look at our neigbours last year on holiday - I thought it was fab!

muppetgirl · 08/07/2007 19:01

That is a hideous tent. Sorry -rather not go

Mercy · 08/07/2007 19:11

muppetgirl - it is hideous!

I also like a warm gentle vide.

Kum ba yah........

Blandmum · 08/07/2007 19:15

the dutch seem to buy a lot of cabanons.

One assumes they are too stoned to care that they make them look like a group of superanuated girl guides/ scouts

"just who are they aiming these at? "

um

me, i think

and by god, if i wasn't so skint, they'd have a sale

it DOES sleep lots of people, to be fair. We'd probably have to look at a bigger tent next year anyway (we have this

I've seen this canvas tent up and it is fantastic.

It seriously made me lust after it, and I had to keep reminding myself that I would kill my back getting the damn thing up. And ll that drying!

Beautiful tent though

fillyjonk · 08/07/2007 19:35

dunno, i think i like the old fashioned romantic look

oh feck me I NEED a bell tent. but think i may be a little beyond obtaining money in immoral ways . What am I to do?

OP posts:
Lucycat · 08/07/2007 19:37

retro Cabanons are so chic doncha know

mb I seriously lust after a Norfolk Lake, but I can't find one pitched anywhere to look at!

we are going to look at the Yeomans show next weekend - goody!

I couldn't be doing with all the sleeping stuff in the same bit as everything else - I do like a tidy tent - with mozzie screens.

fillyjonk · 08/07/2007 19:38

my kids are little,lucy

and i have to be honest, though I am normally pretty relaxed, atm I am a bit worried about them not sleeping where I can see and hear them when in a tent.
