Go on laugh at me but I'm looking for non twee, non country supporting bunting. I saw some last year on ebay that was wonderfully medieval and would have really suited the bell. Now of course I can't bloody find it again.

Anyone seen any decent, non expensive bunting?

I made our camping bunting. It's v easy to make, loads cheaper than buying it, and you can choose any fabrics you like and have fabulously unique bunting that will put you in the smug campers' superleague

You'll find loads of simple tutorials online.

We made ours too, we raided my mothers fabric bag and used pinking shears to cut it so we didnt have to sew the edges.

We machined it onto some tape.

It even has some of my first school summer dress fabric in it which Dd3 thinks is hilarious.

Go for it, lots of people have commented on ours and we love it Smile

They did not have bunting in medieval times. They had pigs and straw and rakes and plague. NOT BUNTING.
