so I am fed up with the rest of MN (this whole mamazon shite really is the ,last straw), so I am assuming that if any of you are trolling you are showing extraordinary persistence by delving into the thrills of iceytec and are worth chatting to.

So anyway, hi, I am SeaShells, I have 2 dc and have been camping and trapsing through the Great Outdoors all my life. I hang out here as my love of camping is more a love of the countryside and life, and you lot have a similar outlook.

Just to be clear I don't wear the socks&sandals combo like all the time, I'm not a FREAK. But when insects are biting or I'm doing a long sweaty mountain walk, yeah, I'm gonna put them on. I'm gonna put them on proudfully.

Lost- as a kid I did love it- but it was never relaxing. Dad was up snowdon the other week (nearly 70). And now he has buggered to the pyrenees with some sort of inflatable tent?!

Sporks are ace, I'm seriously considering getting 5 and leaving all other cutlery at home for our adventure to save on space.

In my day we had skorts...nothing to do with camping though.

I saw reduced sporks in millets yesterday. Now I'll have to go back & buy them.

Hmm, so what else did I want to say. Oh yes, scaryt, no, not going to Just So, but seriously considered it, looks fab. Put off in the end by worrying that, as small sites / privacy freaks, a festival might not exactly be our thing. Oh, and it costs £500million for the weekend, so after figuring out we can get flights and car hire for almost a week for that (only slight exaggeration), I decided against. Still reading everyone's posts on it though, just in case. There was a forum somewhere where a lot of first-timers posted about their experience last year - give me a sec, will see if I can find it again.
