Do you have any favourite 100 calorie (or less) snacks

Hi everyone

I have just started a diet (needs must), but I am ravenous and need to stock up on 100 calorie (or under) snacks in my next big shop.

What are your favourite snacks

I only have prawn cocktail quavers (84 calories), and coconut vanilla greek style yoghurt (71 calories) so far!

I love a cup of hot bovril on a cold day, not to everyone’s taste I know! I also love marmite on ryvita (used to be on toast swimming in butter, but not anymore, sigh).

And yes, I know it’s high in salt, but I can’t give up everything!

'All of these have a good amount of fat and will make you feel much fuller than 100 calories of biscuit, sugar or chocolate.'

Only sometimes you just need a chocolate treat, nothing else will do. 80 odd calories or what ever is a small price to pay especially if it scratches an itch and stops you eating far more calorific choices. It works for me a long with healthy snacks too and I've never had an issue.

I find I just crave more food if I eat any ultra processed food. If I crave something sweet I will however have a square of very dark chocolate and that seems to end the craving.
