you also knit your own yoghurt

BettySpaghetti · 23/01/2008 22:16

they're a bit like yoghurt knitters

Sabire · 23/01/2008 22:16

Same as a yogurt knitter really.

You know. Women who have hairy moles, who wear baggy grey feeding bras and breastfeed their children (who are usually called names like Balthazaar, and Giaia) until they start school. And who wear those elephant bum leggings.....

Other attributes of yogurt knitters/lentil weavers: read the Guardian newspaper, wear Birkenstocks - with socks, home school, purchase organic veg boxes, use home made sanitary towels and washable nappies, make their own baby food - from organic lentils of course. [hmmm]

Sabire · 23/01/2008 22:17

Sabire · 23/01/2008 22:18

"they pick up their babies whenever they cry"

How COULD they?!

The fools! [winks]

Sabire · 23/01/2008 22:19

OFGS!

fishie · 23/01/2008 22:20

they never ever throw food away, just scrape the bad bit off. (well i do anyway)

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:20

sabire they use mooncups

storch · 23/01/2008 22:20

cosleep!

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:22

wear baby in sling all day with norks exposed for easy access

Sabire · 23/01/2008 22:28

Storch - I pick my babies up when they cry AND co-sleep and I'm no yogurt knitter/lentil weaver. OK I do wear Birkies all year round - but never with socks, outside the house. I also pluck the hair from my moles and neglect the vegetables in my organic box (because I can't be arsed to peel them) in favour of bags of frozen peas from Iceland.

andiemustlosehalfastonemore - don't home-made sanitary towels go together with mooncups like, um, bread and butter (organic, sprouted, fair traid, traditionally milled bread with organic goats-milk butter that is)?

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:31

not sure but probably as they will be ex bf until the child is 21 they won't need any sanitary protection

realised must have lentil weavery tendencies as bf both dcs wear birkies every day in the summer and made lo a lentil thing with ORGANIC lentils the other day

but do wear boden and have nice handbags

fishie · 23/01/2008 22:33

boden and nice handbags = latent lentil tendencies

storch · 23/01/2008 22:36

me too.

cosleep, bf, babywear.

don't get an organic box but cook almost everything from scratch.

don't have a veg patch - will some raspberry and currant bushes suffice?

wear hiking boots too much

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:36

also neglect veggies in veggie box as can't be arsed to wash them
have now started buying whispers ready washed organic stuff from waitrose

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:37

also covet veg patches

fishie · 23/01/2008 22:42

i have new and exciting veg seeds every spring. by september they are lanky and reproachful.

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:44

fishie my cat would poo all over them and my dh is too in love with his lawn to sacrifice a bit for me sob
but in the next house oh yes we are doing raised beds

HuwEdwards · 23/01/2008 22:44

"neglect the vegetables in my organic box (because I can't be arsed to peel them) in favour of bags of frozen peas from Iceland."

Lovebird, you is a fraud!!

fishie · 23/01/2008 22:48

all the cats for miles aroudn will poo on those raised beds.

andiemustlosehalfastonemore · 23/01/2008 22:51
