Callum is now gaining about 10oz a week, so must be getting enough milk but is having very large green, greasy stools, about 4 times a day. I know this isn't normal.

he is still BF and has about 100-150ml of formula a day (have cut it down to 100ml the last 2 days) He is 16 weeks.

Fat lot of use that was. The book answers lots of poo questions but not your one. IIRC I thought green poo = tummy upset. Sorry I couldn't help.

I know, where does the time go? He is still the size of a newborn, I love making people's faces drop when they say 'oooo he is a new one?' and I say 'noooo, he is 4 months old!!' their mouths always drop!!

Oh, I think green poos with formula were normal according to my book.

I would second that NAB. My ds had internittent green stools when he was tiny. Seemed to stop evetually though. What formula is he on? If it is the nutriprem that will definately make poo green!

Obvioulsy, that should read "intermittent" How heavy is he now??

'Funny' stools are a known issue with specialist formulas, sparkly....if you ask the nurse, I expect she will confirm.

Infatrini has a higher fat content than regular formula or breastmilk - maybe this is coming out in the greasy stools??
