thanx for the lovely thread catbert. sleep well xx

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:10

emmatmg - we have 2 at similar ages! how nice!

do all your boys get on together?

Gobbledigook · 15/11/2004 22:12

Sweet dreams Catbert!

I'm staying here and not going anywhere near that new thread - bit of a silly thread to start IMO after the other has succesfully died a death!

Baggyb - ds1 and ds2 are 19 months apart and ds2 and ds3 are 21 months apart. Planned that way too - was I mad!? Actually, each time I started trying I thought it would take a while and wanted roughly 2 yr gap but ended up getting pg first time every time, hence slightly shorter gaps!

Actually, love having them close together - ds1 and ds2 play really well together.

Emmatmg's boys look gorgeous - seen pics!

Forgot about Coddy's boys (how could I?!). Don't hear much from dinosaur.

Gobbledigook · 15/11/2004 22:13

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:14

gobbledigook - sorry bit dim tonight, wot do you mean by come to the bar?????? (i am educated you know!!!!!

and someone must teach me your abbreviations!!

Gobbledigook · 15/11/2004 22:16

Another thread in chat called 'bar open'

emmatmg · 15/11/2004 22:22

Baggy, Hmmmmmmm Do they get on? well I suppose they do but the noise level in my house is enough to frighten large wild animals away. They shout and scraem and fight all the time but it's because they (ds1+2) can't be without each other, they share room and have said when we move they they still want to share even though they could have a room each. They irritate the hell out of each other but still sit glued to each other on the sofa watching whatever.

Ds3 just wants to be with Ds1 all the time. They adore each other, whereas ds3 will terrorise Ds2 and he gets really annoyed.

So how many times have you been asked "So are yo going to try for a girl next?"

Thanks gooble, Re the pictures.

Gobbledigook · 15/11/2004 22:23

Oh that old chestnut emmatmg!? Plenty for me!! Makes me maaaaad!!

ds1 and ds2 share a room too. they love it and I feel mean leaving ds3 on his own but at 11 wks he's still with us in his basket.

so do you have ds1 and ds2 together and ds3 in his own room? does ds3 not mind?

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:26

emmatmg - if i gat asked that question on more time i think i will have to be restained!!!! and when i was preg for 3rd time i nearly killed the checkout lady in sainsburys for saying "i bet i know what you are hoping for!!!!". I didn't think i could jump the checkout at 42 (yes 42) weeks preg!!!!!!!

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:28

and my ds1 and ds 2 sound just like yours. they irritate the hell out of each other but separate them and your in for trouble!!! and i can't complain about the teenage boys nextdoor making lots of noise with their guitars when it sound like iraq in my front room!!!!

emmatmg · 15/11/2004 22:31

Yep, Ds3 is in his own room but all the toys are in DS1+2's room so he only sleeps in there.
He was in with us until he was anout 9 months though I just didn't want him to leave as I suspect he'll be the last baby for us

Baggy, 42 WEEKS ! the longest I went was 6 days and that was bad enough but 2 weeks overdue. I take my hat off to you!

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:34

ds1 and ds3 were 2 weeks late - induced at end
ds2 started himself so don't know wot happened with ds3!! body obviously on strike that pregnancy.

emmatmg · 15/11/2004 22:37

Fu*king hell....I can't believe that theres another BFing thread started.

BTW, the more i read your post Gooble, the more I think we're cosmic twins or something. I bottlefed all 3 too.

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:41

NOOOOOO not again!!! some people are a glutten for punishment. i don't pass judgement on how any of you feed your baby - i did both and all my kids are just peachy

emmatmg · 15/11/2004 22:47

Right, i'm off to bed.

can't believe it's 10:45 I was going to get an early night.

baggybear · 15/11/2004 22:49
