are more likely to grow into happy adults.

It made me feel happy because I have a very poorly ds who has lots of health problems and I thought to myself "At least he is breastfeeding and I so hope it will help him in some way as he grows up."

And that's the spirit that this is intended in, so please don't jump on me!

i know the benefits, for lo and me and my purse!
i think not being able to bf ds1 was a major contributing factor towards my severe pnd first time round, which is not rearing its ugly head whatsoever this time.

how old is lo now?

LadyOfTheFlowers · 02/11/2006 19:44

emkana - I am so sorry about your son's medical problems. By giving him the best milk a mother can offer, you will help him avoid many other medical problems and reduce the severity of his infections. But I am sure you already know this ! Take care love, I hope your son grows to be a healthy happy child.

hub - actually don't look for a beautiful child with brown hair next time you are at Hendon Library, look for a mother BREASTFEEDING oh wait for it SHOCK HORROR......a beautifil brown haired boy of 2.4 years old

He will be bf until he has decided he has had enough. That may be when he is 7 years old and I will probably get arrested by some ANTI-TODDLER breastfeeding mafia

Emkana if you are around - hope you, baby and the family are doing well and the hospital appointment will help provide answers for you to work with!

emkana · 03/11/2006 19:14
