My Boobs Wont Stop Growing

Hiya...
Im BFing my DS (which I presume is to blame) and although I was never small, its getting abit OTT the "growth spurts" im gowing through! I was D/DD pre-pregnancy, about an E at the end... and they keep growing now! Im not putting on weight, im actually on abit of a diet - is Bfing causing this? I bought an F nursing bra (biggest I could find) and I still spill over the top! Will it ever stop??????

i started as an 34 dd , when preggers with dd1 went to 36 hh , breastfed and never got any smaller , 5 years on went to 38 hh with dd2 and breastfed her for 6 months and still 36- 38 H - i HATE it so much , want to have reduction surgery but need to lose 2 stone first ....sigh .

I went from a G cup to the point when I was spilling over the top of an L cup!!! Crazy size! it was so frustrating, my back hurt and no clothes fitted.

Bleah boobs!!

I went up to an J cup and the nursing bras i bought, both Royce, did absolutely bugger all in terms of support. I now just wear my normal underwired bras and hope for the best when it comes to making a bosom quickly available for baby.

Mine didn't grow much at all while I was breastfeeding but they shrank quite a bit when I stopped - I used to shop in Bravissimo but I think I'm too small now.

Hear hear to the plea for companies to develop proper bf bras in attractive / supportive sizes beyond a DD - I am usually a 36FF (same size as Jordan but mine are real and therefore drag on the ground grrr) but I'm stunned to read on my Bravissimo-fitted bf bra (love that shop) I am a 34 L!! L!! Tell me there is someone else this big or I'm going to cry... I'm sure I wasn't that big when bf ds1...

i was 32dd before having ds1 then went up to 34G when breastfeeding -eek huge (and only 5 foot 2 so absolutely not a good look), then down to 34E after I stopped BF dd2 which still a bit big for the rest of me... But I managed to get good bras from bravissimo catalogue without having to go into a shop and embarrassingly ask for huge sizes!!!

I am a 30G pre pregnancy and coming out of a 34L while breastfeeding. Too be honest I hate how it makes me look. I am 5 ft9 with broad shoulders so they do not look as huge as they could. But I pray everybloody day for a decent bra.I find the royce ones crap but they are the only ones that fit.

Try ebay for big size nursing bras - I got some J cups but can't remember the make. Am normally an DD/E cup so buy from Bravissimo, but I haven't tried their nursing bras. May give them a go due to the +ve feedback on this thread.

will they go down when stopping bf? I've been feeding ds for 2 years (he still feeds loads) and mine are still massive - scared I am now a big-breasted lady.

After BF DS mine went back to usual size (DD/E) from the J cups they'd become. Hoping same will happen when I finish feeding DD.

However, had read somewhere that BFing helped to decrease cup sizes by using up the fat stores so was disappointed to return to the same size as previously rather than becoming smaller. Plus they became droopier, but presume they do that anyway as you get older?!

Mine went up to 34J - yikes - from a previous measurement of about a FF. I am currently in a G cup and that's a combination of being a bit overweight and still part-time nursing my 2 year old. I guess when I finally stop nursing then I might shrink a bit although heaven knows what sad, baggy old boobs I'll have then - the skin is definitely a bit stretched looking and as I am pushing 40 I guess I don't have much bounce left!

I found the Royce range of lingerie very nice and comfy and they even come in black. They have a website. I am currently wearing M&S maternity as I can't seem to find any underwired bras which feel comfy anymore - they are probably not as supportive as they should be though.

Mine went from B to DD within about 3 months of pregnancy and then up to E when b/f. That was many years and several babies ago. They did go down in between babies but not back to pre first pregnancy. However contrary to mamijacacalys' prediction they have not drooped at all and I put that down to wearing those tedious maternity bras (I resorted to v expensive bras from Rigby & Peller in the end from bravissimo catalogue - did wonders for my morale)So worth putting up with the unsexy look in the short term!

mine got to 36dd and have shrunk to a pathetic 36a and they sag like spaniels ears - which isnt attractive...

Has anyone elses boobs grown from being on the pill??? My friends normally a small b, but now since she started going on the pill she's a very large c. Ive just started on the pill myself in the hope that my deflated balloons might fill out abit.

I was a 32 FF before I had DD when breastfeeding I grew to an astounding 34L..................thats ABCDEFGHIJK L!!!!
I was in absolute shock for days and kept saying to DH "my breasts are bigger than my babys head"
Luckily back down to a 34FF but am really huge still

I did get bigger, from 34B to 38C, but by the end of my 16months BF, they were a 38A - however you can't get nursing bras in an A cup (or I haven't found them anyway) - the woman at the store told me it was because you need to put a nursing pad in there, which is true at the start, but not by the time you've BFed for several months. So I was stuck with a badly fitted B-cup bra.

My boobs grew to a 36F and I didnt breastfeed - no milk. oh the irony! If I had breasdtfed I dread to think how big they would have got....I would have needed a trolley to cart them round in.

From a 36C to a 38F in 2 pgs over 3 yrs. After, stayed at a very droopy 38DD & had them reduced last spring. What a relief!

I breastfed for 2 1/4 years and was in a G cup instead of my usual D cup. John Lewis sell massive bras much bigger than G but only in a couple of styles - if nursing bra and style go together anyway.

Within a couple of weeks of stopping breastfeeding I am down to a C cup.

im jealous of all of you. my norks went all the way up to a C cup at their largest. wow-bloody-wee.

i have been enjoying my brief having of anything but fried eggs, so just count yourselves lucky at having all that lovely squishy flesh.

and no, i dont get to wear anything i want coz i have little norks; because i now have small norks and droopy norks, all at the same time. arent i lucky?
