Hi I thought I would start a thread. DC2 due 5th-7th Aug depending on which website you use. DS is 19 months
Found out this morning as AF was late... cried as well as laughed!

We've already bought a "I'm going to be a big brother" baby grow to be revealed Christmas dat. We waited until 14 weeks last time just to "make sure everything was ok" but no way am I waiting this time! I'll only be 5 weeks as well 🙈

Hi guys. Joining thread- 6+1, rough due date Aug 11th 2019. First child but third pregnancy- had ectopic in August which didn't require surgery thank goodness. Then miscarriage at 5 wks in November. Decided to wait until Jan to try again but got pregnant after dd on 1 occasion mid nov!.... very shocked and unexpected but couldnt be happier. A little nervous but christmas is keeping me busy!

Glad others are thinking of sharing the news early too. I just think Christmas would be tricky otherwise. I can't get a GP's appointment until January and am really worried as I have a health condition that increases my risk of miscarriage. Called the surgery to beg today but got nowhere

Will my 8months old baby be affected since am pregnant again

@Ukela what do you mean harmed? I think your baby should be fine. Are you breast feeding?

Has anyone been getting 'pulling pains' in their groin on one side? Slightly paranoid given a previous ectopic...

@blueberry2018 have you been offered an early scan due to previous ectopic? Might be worth asking dr/midwife if you can to put your kind at ease? I haven't got that yet this time just light cramps but I did in my last pregnancy. Went for a scan to check not eptopic and all was fine so its probably just everything going on it there already!

I don't have any real symptoms yet but I've had a horrible taste in my mouth all day today which I remember from last time. How is everyone else getting on?

@RaindropsRoses Thanks for your reply hun. No, they wont give me one, have to wait until dating scan. I had ectopic in aug, mc nov,m.. if i had another mc then i'd be offered support and early scan.... im ok though, feeling positive about this one as first preg that i havent spotted or bled in so know this one is very different. Im 6.5wk so not long until midwife app at 8 wks so should come quick. My boobs kill, have gone up a cup size already, spewed twice today with morning sickness being in full swing, much stronger symptoms this time round. I have that horrid taste in my mouth too at times. X

@Blueberry2018 I have. Mostly on my left side but I have had some on my right too. I'm guessing normal. What were your symptoms of ectopic?

@ScotsBaby2 thats a relief! It has eased massively and sometimes on my right at times. I had excruciating pain on left with ectopic, so bad that i couldn't stand up at times. This pain just concerned me as was in same crease of groin but no where near as bad as ectopic pain and ectopic pain was consistent regardless of what i was doing where as the pulling i had yesterday was not there today until about 4ish, think its just where i been on day again and tiring myself out when everything is stretching.

@ScotsBaby2 i also had brown spotting from wk before BFP and i was literally weeing blood towards the end when i started miscarrying. Glad my body dealt with it and i didnt require surgery, was very lucky.

Can i ask people what colour their day to day discharge is? Mine is mostly clear but is sometimes creamy colour on liner- is this ok?

Has anyone else had regular spotting? I have had spotting - ranging from bright red to brown for about 3 weeks now. I went for a scan on 10 dec when I was expecting to be 6/7 weeks and measured too early at 5 weeks. Got scanned again at 20 dec and measured 6 weeks and had a heart beat. I’m still spotting though. So the combination of spotting daily and measuring 2/3 weeks behind on scan that’s not letting me relax. I know seeing the heartbeat should be a positive thing but it hasn’t calmed my anxiety. They said to me on last scan that if the spotting is still ongoing after 2 weeks I can call the EPU back and be examined and rescanned. I just cannot relax xx

Hey, just signed myself up. I am due on the 7th Aug. Tiredness has been a killer for me. Dreading work on Monday. Nausea seems to come and go. Not had much today or yesterday which makes me worried that something is wrong. Overthinking as usual. Anyway, nice to meet you all.

Due 10th August! Third baby. I'm showing loads, my stomach is huge. How is it possible? I'm 12 weeks and I look about 5 months. Is it normal????

11 weeks today. Due 16th August. Spent last two months with my head down the toilet. Hoping it comes to an end soon :(

Congrats all, 9 weeks here due 31st Aug! Not telling anyone yet until we've had the scan which is hard with family and work as I'm already feeling huge - but possibly just extra from Christmas! We have an 18 month old who is full of beans, so not much chance to rest yet!! Good luck everyone!!

I am a dad to be! So excited :) am 30 years old and have been with my girlfriend for about 10 years now. Due date is approx 30th August. Girlfriend has suffered badly with sickness, tends to get more sick later in the day but has been getting very slightly better, we are now about 12/13 weeks and have our first scan this week :) any tips would be welcome.

Hey ladies! I’m due August 21st with my 4th. I have 3 boys and this one is a girl! I had 2 miscarriages before this pregnancy so I’m super paranoid. I also have hyperemesis 😭😭 constant vomiting and I’m 16 weeks! Someone tell me it gets better!!
