Anyone else with a super faint BFP showing a due date for June 2016?

Got a barely there, second line on Sunday but has taken me this long (and 6 more tests Blush ) to accept that I am finally pregnant again after my mmc in April. Sooooooo excited. Anyone else on the preggers boat with me? :)

Welcome, fiddledeedee and congrats!

That sounds positive, Nehagarg!

jbiscuits · 02/10/2015 07:49

Wow lots to catch up on since yesterday! Congratulations and welcome to all the new people.

Sorry to hear everyone had a bad nights sleep. I woke up early needing the loo, managed to doze for a bit before giving up and going, only to find when I lay back down that it had been masking how sick I felt Sad

DH turned the heating on last night and it felt like a sauna when I got up. Luckily he goes to work early so I turned the thermostat down as soon as he walked out the door. I remember being constantly hot last time too.

Hope it all goes well today Nehagarg

Torfhinn · 02/10/2015 09:00

Welcome obsessedlex, mrspopper and fiddledeedeee, congratulations!

I've had a 4am wake-up too, but thankfully it hasn't lasted. Especially as DS is sleeping well at the moment Grin, sorry to all of you struggling with insomnia already.

FWIW nehagarg and mrsmugoo, I had brown spotting in my first pregnancy at around 4/5 weeks and again at 8/9 weeks, roughly when my period would have been due. I had a scan at 9 weeks and everything was fine. I know it's unsettling, but it's often nothing at all. I hope the scan gives you some comfort today nehagarg.

I have a feeling I'm going to show quite early with this one. With my fiorst I couldn't do my jeans up at 6 weeks, had a bump at 12 weeks but could be hidden with clothes until 16 weeks. I have quite a small frame to there is nowhere to go but out! Not sure I'm going to be able to hide it from people until 12 weeks this time... Confused

tigress23 · 02/10/2015 09:13

I fear my boobs will give me away before I even start showing. I've gone up at least cup size this week (thank goodness for sports bras). I've never had large breasts and this is going to be noticeable!

AmIseeingRight · 02/10/2015 09:41

Morning ladies - welcome to everyone new.

So had a very restless night sleep, waking up feeling very uncomfortable, at one stage I felt so unwell I phoned my local EPAU and they told me to come in for an assessment (I had period like cramps (not as painful), felt nauseous and just got so worried) the lady was so nice told me that they are not busy and there is a doctor who would see me straight away. I just needed the reassurance as I got so worried & anxious, checking for discharge every few hours and even though there was nothing, I woke up paranoid again but this had settled as no more cramps and so I've have gone to work.

However neusea has kicked in which I guess is a good sign (which has reassured me). Really thought I was gonna heave at my desk. Feeling fine now and can't wait for today to be over so that I can sleep Hmm

MadrigalElectromotive · 02/10/2015 09:54

Congratulations and welcome to new people!

Hope you get the reassurance you need today nehagarg.

I too was awake at 4.30am with cramps. I was really scared and woke DH up but they seem to have settled down now. No bleeding thank goodness.

Glad all is well with you AmI, after your scare in the night. I am feeling sick today which is reassuring isn't it?

Hope you're not too nauseous jbiscuits - it is a difficult balance isn't it, a bit of nausea is reassuring, but you don't want to be horribly sicky all of the time.

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 10:12

EPU can only see the sac so far. Nothing in it. They say come back in 10 days and we'll see if any changes happen by then. Totally normal simce it really is very early. They couldnt tell me why I am bleeding either but I am encouraged that it had stopped (though she poked me so much that I wont be surprised if it starts up again)

I guess nothing to do but be patient. At least its not ectopic. Smile

Thanks for the reassurance torfhinn. It really helps to hear this is normal.

Sorry for the women feeling naseuos and sick. Hope it calms down soon.

MadrigalElectromotive · 02/10/2015 10:17

How far along are you neha? It must be good to know it isn't ectopic at least. Smile

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 10:27

Hey Madrigal. By my dates, I am 5weeks 4 days. I guess seeing only a gestational sac at this point is ok? I am under the impression that it is touch and go to see a yolk sac at this point.

Its definitely good to know that it isnt ectopic. Horrible monster that is.

Nothing to do but wait until the 13th. Thank God for all of you and this thread. Smile

I would have thought it is probably pretty normal to only see a sac at this point - I think my app tells me that the heart only starts beating at the very end of the 5th week, for example, and I don't know if you would be able to see it on a scan at that point either.

I agree, this thread is wonderful. It helps a lot to know that all of you are out there feeling as freaked out and terrified about things going wrong as I am. Smile

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 10:46

Yep. So not overly worried. Will lay off my exercise routine for the next 10 days and no sex, just to be safe. Blush

tigress23 · 02/10/2015 10:55

What pregnancy apps are you all using?

MadrigalElectromotive · 02/10/2015 11:01

I am using one called Glow Nurture - I used Glow when I was ttc so just downloaded the pregnancy version.

DH downloaded the What to Expect one, and seems full of info, so I assume that's good too. Grin

If anyone has any other suggestions, I am all ears.

AmIseeingRight · 02/10/2015 11:01

Thanks - Madrigal Now that I feel fine my anxiety is gone, I'm putting my paranoia down to hormones as its not rational Blush.

Water taste funny today and generally my salaiva tastes like I've swallowed a bitter pill at the top of mouth ... Anyone else with wired taste?

bikingintherain · 02/10/2015 11:09

Another one with poor sleep here, awake from 4-6 am. And the worse thing is the more tired I feel the worse the sickness feels. And I have to work until 9.30 tonight. Not a day I am looking forward to.

I haven't even thought of pregnancy apps, I'm always worried someone might see it!

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 11:26

I am using Pregnancy+ ... Pretty little app.

I think my food tastes funny too. I was wondering if the onions were a bit off but its probably just preggers hormones.

hops on board!
Very feint bfp last night and clear line on FRER this am.

Only dtd once so am very surprised!

tigress23 · 02/10/2015 12:41

I used Glow about a year ago to track my periods. Downloaded it again after about 7 months not using it to find it was ridiculously inaccurate and there wasn't anything I could do to set it right. I uninstalled it in frustration and started using Ovia fertility (which I only used about a month because fell pregnant)... Now using Ovia pregnancy but it doesn't give me enough updates. Only one or two small things per day. I want something more informative

tigress23 · 02/10/2015 12:42

Welcome jellybaby and congrats!

Torfhinn · 02/10/2015 13:52

I've been disappointed with the apps so downloaded Glow - I actually think this one is a keeper - informative and a bit naggy about being healthy, but in a reassuring way. I like that I can enter lots of info cos it makes me feel in control and like I'm doing something as the days tick by - anything to curb the madness Grin

Welcome Jellybaby, congratulations on your BFP! Mine's a one shag wonder as well due to ovulating early - I so thought I was out! DH blames his 'super sperm' Hmm

Glad you've had some reassurance nehagarg, it's normal to see what they have seen at this stage, I hope the scan in 10 days shows you more!

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 14:14

Welcome Jellybaby And congrats. Smile

Thanks Torfhinn ... I feel a little better now that the bleeding has stopped too. Funny thing happened. I went to the loo 10 min before they called me in for a scan but when she started she said my bladder was almost half full again. In 10 minutes!!! No wonder I am peeing 4 times a night. Blush

I just downloaded Glow too. Love the fact that I can enter so much information. Makes me feel important while no one knows. Grin

Welcome jellybean!

Glad you're feeling slightly reassured Nehagarg .

Looks like the nausea is here to stay. Have been feeling rubbish all day Sad We're visiting my parents tonight for the weekend which means a 4hr car journey. I tend to get a bit queasy in the car on long trips anyway so goodness knows how I'm going to manage!

I've just downloaded the Ovia app, so will give that a go for a few days and see how I get on.

mrsmugoo · 02/10/2015 14:45

Afternoon all. Feeling absolutely shattered today from last night's wakefulness.

My parents have been to visit and DS decided today would be a good day not to take a nap! I had other ideas but he only went down at 2:15 instead of his usual midday.

I sneakily bought clearblue digi tests to do next week and if everything is still ok, think we'll tell our parents in a couple of weeks.

Trying to work out how many weeks pregnant I am, I'm confused at how it works. I'm 14 dpo so does that make me 4 weeks?

nehagarg · 02/10/2015 14:51

Mrsmugoo you can check using the NHS calculator. It uses your period dates to calculate how far along you are.
