EnglishGirlsReturned · 20/07/2014 22:01

Jones i'm really happy to see you're doing well Smile. I hope that my next bfp emulates yours and goes the way I so hope it will. I will be back soon!! I'm feeling positive of that!!

lindamagoo · 20/07/2014 22:14

Sorry English and MrsE I only just saw your posts on the July bus. Course we will keep the thread active for you lovely ladies Smile Hope you are all well

lindamagoo · 20/07/2014 22:15

Jones that is fantastic news, I hope you are keeping well Smile

sazzlehopes · 21/07/2014 09:13

Jones that is great news - congrats. I think we are all a bit of knicker checkers...if you've been ttc for ages or had a mc it's in our nature not to believe we can be this lucky now!

m33r - i too was worried about dtd and in fact pretty much didn't until my 12 week scan and saw everything was real and ok. I really think nothing bad will happen if you do dtd, but i was a worrier and couldn't handle the extra knocker watch!!

English and mrsE we will keep this thread going strong and hope to see you both over here soon!

Rainbow555 · 21/07/2014 09:54

Yay that the bus has started to get busy again! I hav been Mia at a work conference in Australia this week but hav been catching up and good to see more newbies and chatter again.. Not quite ready for the FB group yet!

Hope everyone is well!

barmybunting · 21/07/2014 21:36

Jones, that is wonderful news, congratulations!!

M33r, those feelings sound very familiar! I think the nervous around dtd is normal, and similar to sazzle, we didn't very much until after I was about 12 weeks. Once morning sickness kicked in I couldn't bear the idea anyway! I hope the stretchy cramps settle down for you.

Spotti · 22/07/2014 14:34

Since we're keeping this thread open...is anyone in the mood for some cutesy baby dragon piccies?

Tesco dragon costume (it didn't want to let me steal the picture, hence the link)

And then there's these little cute things...

Viperama · 22/07/2014 22:57

Jones congratulations! I'm very happy for you! and know all to well the fear that it might not stick having been through a mc. Let's just keep our chins up and tits out and believe that it can happen, and it more than likely will happen for us this time round. Big hug Grin

PolytheneGirl · 23/07/2014 23:36

I haven't posted for so long I lost the thread! Off to catch up.....

fancyacupoftea · 24/07/2014 07:26

Is anyone suffering from finger swelling? Can't tell if it's preggo or heat related but don't think my wedding ring will be going back on... going to go pick some men up at a bar

OP posts:
MundayCakes85 · 24/07/2014 07:55

Fancy I haven't worn my wedding ring since about week 23-24 but the worst is my feet/ ankles. They are so swollen that all I can wear are flip flops and crocs Sad
It's probably a mix of the two for you.
Enjoy the nights out at the bar

PolytheneGirl · 24/07/2014 16:26

Fancy I had to take my wedding ring off last week and I'm wondering if it'll ever go back on. My feet and ankles keep swelling up too. Bloody nightmare!

barmybunting · 25/07/2014 07:56

Fancy, I had to take my wedding and engagement rings off yesterday (24 weeks) as they were driving me mad. I am hoping it is just the heat as I feel naked without them!

sazzlehopes · 25/07/2014 11:30

Lucy how nice to hear from you...I remember so clearly the piac and take to work moment when you got your bfp all that time ago!
All good here thanks, 31 weeks tomorrow so little one is due end september/early october... it is coming around so fast now. Hope you are feeling ok in the heat and nearing the end now - so exciting do you know what you are having?

m33r you are quite - hope you are ok and everything is fine with you.

I'm just about getting away with rings on fingers but I must admit I was tempted to take them off yesterday in case they got horribly stuck!

sazzlehopes · 25/07/2014 11:30

*quiet, not quite

m33r · 25/07/2014 23:01

Hi sazz I'm great thanks. Not on Facebook so can't follow on there but in the march antenatal. I'm 6 weeks today - nice little milestone. I have a little nausea but not much else so a little worried about that but keeping positive! How are you doing? Xx

toots123 · 26/07/2014 07:16

Hello all!!

Im going shopping with my mum today to look at baby stuff. I know she'll convince me to buy stuff though so might have to tell her to stay calm! Happy to buy little things but as im 14+1 the big things will have to wait!

how is everyone?

Still mad at next as my maternity clothes order still hasn't arrived in store and was due to be there on Thursday! !

PolytheneGirl · 26/07/2014 13:56

Toots my SIL ordered some mat clothes from Next and they took 5 weeks to get delivered to store! Shock

sazzlehopes · 26/07/2014 21:11

M33r no worries about Facebook - just happy to check in here and know all is ok. 6 weeks is a great milestone. Try not to worry about symptoms - I had none with either pregnancy and all is well. Well a teeny bit nauseous and hungry but really nothing else, not tired, not anything. I consider myself lucky really but obviously sometimes symptoms are weirdly comforting!!

Nordicmom · 27/07/2014 15:55

Hi! Just lurking again hoping and praying at 10 dpo . Have done a cb test and it looked bfn first but by now has developed the faintest hint of a thin line . Had lines last cycle at 11 and 12 dpo then bleeding at 12 dpo so feeling bloody annoyed here . Am on holiday and can't test again in the morning since used my last test until we get home tomorrow midnight . Couldn't be feeling much worse though. How can anyone feel like this without being preg I wonder . Had a bit of blood on 7 dpo ( never happened before except a drop last month at 8 dpo ). And then the symptoms started for real . Nausea is horrible everything tastes and smells vile , peeing 20 times a day , boobs aching and on fire really , feel hot even in airconditioning , back pain , cramping etc . With my history I don't seem to get far though even if conceived so really pessimistic :(...

Spotti · 28/07/2014 16:54

Sounds promising Nordic, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you xxxx

Nordicmom · 28/07/2014 18:02

Thanks Spotti ! Hope u r well . Stuck in Turkey for 2 h more out flight is delayed but luckily hadn't left our villa so it's easier than waiting in the airport . Feeling so horrible though all the time with my constant nausea and cramps and back pain etc that the journey home will be hell :(...just want to get to my own bed and sleep !!!!

barmybunting · 29/07/2014 06:29

I hope you had a good flight home Nordic. It sounds promising for that BFP, fingers crossed!
