So title speaks for itself I guess if we all put down our location we could find a mid point. Also pop down your scan date so we can arrange for after everyone's had there's so :)

Alita - Reading, Berks - 19th June.

Ummm we could either organise email addresses or phone numbers via pm (probably good if everyone has someone's phone number incase they get lost?)

Or just regularly bump up the thread with nonsense? :p

Great, I should be able to make it.
If we want a treat after lunch there is an icecream parlour near the station...

Oklahoma · 11/06/2014 12:00

Is that Creams? I've not been there but it's supposed to be nice!

Happy to compile email addresses / phone numbers if people want to send them to me.

BabyButton1 · 11/06/2014 15:05

Hi all,

Sorry only just checked back in as my hyperemesis has been rather bad the past few days. I have to take my anti sickness tablets plus 8 antibiotics a day in between throwing up - very challenging!!

My scan isn't until start of July but I'm happy to meet whenever. Did I see that we are set to meet 27th July :-)? Where was the final location?

Look forward to it :-) hopefully by then I'll be able to have a big juicy cake and a coffee without being sick!!

BrandSnob · 11/06/2014 21:05

Hi Everyone

Had a bit of a break from here for a while.

Sunday 27th July is good for me. See you all there

Elliekins · 12/06/2014 08:03

I'm going to find it bloody confusing when I think I know who is who/what's going on with most of us and then I have to remember new real names!!
Maybe we can all wear wanky name labels with our MN name on!

Alita7 · 12/06/2014 08:14

Haha labels with our name, mn name, due date and colour?

OP posts:
Oklahoma · 12/06/2014 09:46

I was wondering about that yesterday. That said I have so much trouble keeping up with who us who and doing what on the thread that I might just start from scratch with the real names!

I'm curious how everyone ended up with their screen names too.

BabyButton1 · 12/06/2014 10:40

I can't seem to find where and what time we are actually meeting...sorry?

Ha ha name labels, it takes me weeks to learn all the children's names in my class each year so god help me. I'll tell you the story of my name, basically we hadn't named the bump yet and because my belly button decided to suddenly get a bit hairy, my partner decided to call bump 'buttons' ;-)...hairy belly is gross.

Look forward to seeing you all.

Oklahoma · 12/06/2014 13:22

There isn't a time or place yet. Just Woking for lunch on Sunday 27 July. I vote we deal with exact details nearer the time.

Elliekins · 13/06/2014 12:25

Ha! Grin
My MN name is that of my (beloved) dead childhood dog!
In fact, my real name is also after a beloved dead dog, an excitable Westie of all things.
My mum hilariously suggested it might become a family tradition to name firstborns after favourite pets, daft woman - so I'd be naming my baby 'Moggy Mieow'.

Alita7 · 13/06/2014 12:46

My name is the nickname my little Spanish cousin gave me :) because in Spanish they put ita on the end of female names as a term of endearment :)

Is this a private party or can anyone join?? I live in Woking, I'm due 27th December.

BabyButton1 · 23/06/2014 17:33

Peaceloveandbiscuits - Its not private no. If you'd like to come along then I'm sure that would be lovely. It's all the mummies that are having November babies. We are all part of the November baby thread and those in the area thought it would be nice to meet up. You are due not long after so I'm sure it would be ok to come along also.

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 23/06/2014 17:44

It's okay, I read the other thread and realised it was for November babies. I'm due in December.

MrsDowneyJunior · 24/06/2014 22:01

Totally forgot about this! So what's happening? I don't think it should really be exclusively November mums, it's been arranged for that reason but a December would be fine by me! Grin Some of us would be 8 weeks ahead of you though but if that doesn't scare you then I'd say you'd be welcome. Smile

bunnykitten · 25/06/2014 09:05

I agree it is open for any mums-to-be!

There's a Starbucks and I think a Cafe Nero that are both near to Woking station. It might be good to find somewhere with an upstairs area so it will be a bit more obvious who's in the group. I can't remember if either of those two places have an upstairs? I can check them out this weekend and report back if that would help!

MrsDowneyJunior · 25/06/2014 09:54

There's always the obvious choice of the food hall in Peacocks - plenty of space and food options and parking for those who are driving. The other option is wetherspoons, again lunch for those who want it. Will anyone be bringing toddlers? So would somewhere kiddie friendly help? Smile

Oklahoma · 26/06/2014 22:19

Dec people very welcome! I'm due end of Oct so am not technically Nov either.

Alita7 · 06/07/2014 16:50

ooh 27th is coming soon :)

Oklahoma · 12/07/2014 08:23

Just checking in here after you guys being at the same antenatal class.

Really looking forward to meeting some local pregnant people. My local friends are currently planning a boozy weekend away for September :(

Alita7 · 15/07/2014 14:54

we've got less than 2 weeks til we meet!

OP posts:
Venus2 · 16/07/2014 04:36

What is the exact location and time? It's getting close now.

Alita7 · 16/07/2014 09:07

I'd prefer not too early :p Maybe around lunch time?

Are we making name badges so we know who we are?

OP posts:
Oklahoma · 16/07/2014 13:29

Please don't make me wear a name badge!

Lunchtime is good for me.
