Whether to bother with NCT?

As a new member of mumsnet I was wondering if anyone had any view on whether I should bother joining an NCT class at all? I'm 35 weeks with my third and have never seemed to have got around to joining before! Is it worth it this time?

For all expectant mums registering with nct classes there is a discounted fee policy which people who book classes must abide by.
If a student aged 21 or less £20, under 18 £20, income support job seekers allowance council tax benefit housing benefit incapacity benefit all entitled to £20 rate.Also those with a household income less than £15,000 pa £ 20 rate.
Parents with income of 15-25k may be eligible for up to £50% discount on request.
Payments may be paid in stages as long as completed before start of classes.
