That's a good response wispa. Maybe I'll recommend that! I think I'm upset largely because my grandparents don't know yet - I would love to tell them but my grandma can't keep a secret to save her life apparently like MIL . I hate that relatives we haven't even told know before my beloved grandparents

I have PMS. FFS, I thought the one plus of being pregnant would be freedom from stuff like that. Feeling very irritated and had aches in my left ovary all day. Grump. Grump. Grump.

(I know it's not PMS but pregnancy hormones paired with aches and pains, but crikey!)

WsuperS, ohclutter, don't burn yourself out at work!

I've got my 3rd sore throat/runny nose of the pregnancy. Oh joy! I hope it doesn't turn into full blown cold. I'm praying it's allergies that kicked in when I came back to Paris. We have down pillows here and I'm pretty sure they're the culprit, even though I'm using my special memory foam pillow H is using the down ones and loves them

Vommed today. I thought it was getting better but apparently I'm still on the upswing. Yay. On the bright side I did feel less nauseated for a bit afterwards than I've felt for weeks, so perhaps it's the way forward? Or perhaps not because it's so flipping gross!

Sorry so many feeling rubbish at the moment. Not feeling great myself at the moment. Ever since I got a cold about two weeks ago I've been a bit rubbish and super tired. Felt sick at work earlier and ended up crying at dh when I got home. So wish I didn't have to work at the moment and could curl up in a ball on the sofa.

Really pleased to hear all ok vicky, you must be so relieved.

Scan is at 9:20... I can't sleep!!!!!
Hoping staring at my phone for a bit will make me tired!

Urrhhhhh I think I must've got back go sleep at 4ish and was kinda in and out til 5:45 blaaaaahh.

It's my day off and DH has got DS up and to nursery so I can lie in which is awesome. Although my head does wonder what he has gone to nursery wearing.....dads aren't great at choosing outfits!

My sympathies wispax I also have a horrible cold and sore throat for the third time in 10 weeks.

couldn't stay at home today as I'm flying down to London at the end of the day.
lt was a challenge to find something smart in my wardrobe that wouldn't be to tight showing my little tummy.

DH was really pleased when he saw out little pic last night, it's early days but it actually looks like a baby of sorts now and I was pointing out to him where the head, bum, stumpy arms and legs were etc. He said he's looking forward to the 12 week scan so he can see for himself on the screen :)

Can't wait, I'm in countdown mode already! 20 days to go.

I made it to work! Despite feeling ever so sick this morning.. Nearly turned around a few times but to be honest I'm really fed up with staying in my bed.. So work it is. Dreading the 'return to work' chat though.. My manager loves to lecture me about our sickness policy etc etc

Good luck fellow 12 week scan folk, Bezza Magpie Gilly and others if I've missed you. Mine isn't until 13:50 so I've got aaages to wait.

If all is well with the scan we have said that our 2 sons can let he cat out of the bag to all all and sundry tomorrow. They are bursting to share the news so it will be fun for them.
Hope nausea and other troublesome symptoms are easing for everyone x

Scan went really well and everything is perfect!
All this time I've been insisting my due date is around 9th June but she said its 2nd June!!!!!!!!!
Saw the heartbeat, legs, arms, head, brain, fingers and toes...

Baby wasn't moving much at first so she got me to go onto one side and prodded me a few times and then the baby was dancing around all over the place!!

WHAT A RELIEF!

I'm having lots of stretchy pains in my tummy today.. Even tights feel really uncomfortable, feels like my tummy is being squashed, even though the elastic is somewhere just below my boobs
