thistle, do you have a minor injuries unit near you? If so, try that instead of A&E. Usually much less crowded and a lot quicker, but they normally have all the diagnostic equipment, medical expertise and pharmaceuticals still.
Also, you could try calling 111 (if it's active in your area) for the non-emergency NHS helpline. Though I expect they'll just tell you to report to a MIU or the GP.
WFH again today, thank goodness. I seem to have developed travel sickness on top of my MS, or at least travelling makes my MS infinitely worse. I nearly threw up on the bus home yesterday, not nice!
I then fell asleep on the sofa at 7:30pm as soon as DD was put to bed and just migrated upstairs to bed when DH prodded me at around 9:30pm. Slept all night and I'm still tired this morning. Not faaair... I literally can't squeeze any more sleep into my day!
