Too upset to think of a thread title

but have just got back from the hospital where a relative died a few hours ago. I was with him at the end and it has reignited all sorts of feelings from when my Dad died several years ago. As a result I am in a bit of a state and can't seem to calm down.

Is anyone free to chat?

Am feeling a little stronger now. Went back to work which has been a welcome distraction but have felt very easily stressed.

Thhings will take some time to settle down but all of your thoughtful messages have brought me some comfort so thank you all x
