So sorry for your loss. It’s against the natural order of things, to lose a child, no matter what their age. My brother died when he was just 17 and my parents were crushed. The pain is beyond imagining but it will eventually ease a little, and then a little more. One day it will be bearable. Meantime, be kind to yourself. Do whatever helps you through the day. Let yourself be sad, angry, rage at the world, remember your daughter in all her precious moments. Just keep going.

Hi everyone

I have another post about her too, under a different name. It seems I have one username on my iPad (this one) and a hardly ever used one on my phone. When I first posted about her I was on my phone.

Some of you may have read my other post.

Ella was 21 years old, living with an eating disorder for 5 years. We are still waiting on the Autopsy results so unsure but she passed away suddenly on the 6th after being home from work for an hour. I found her collapsed on the toilet floor and did CPR along with her sister, paramedics arrived and worked on her for 40 minutes to no avail. She was gone when I found her.

Its a very difficult time but I’m trying to keep busy, keep my brain healthy so my brain can do the hard work to process all what has happened.

I would love to chat to those that have unfortunately found themselves in this horrible situation but honestly I’m very grateful for any support.
