He passed away this morning unexpectedly at only 53.

I can't sleep, and I just needed to say it out loud.

Bereavement is a process and there are several stages you go through. The first is numbness and shock. The NHS has quite a good online resource for this. I found it helpful with my loss. Big hug. Thinking of you. 💐

I've only just come across this thread.
Like too many on this thread, I lost my DH suddenly and unexpectedly nearly seven years ago. MN Bereavement was a lifeline.

I know how you feel abcd i feel the same my husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly on 30th may he had just turned 50 we found out it was a pulmonary embolism i feel numb angry sad traumatised heartbroken and many other things. Im so so sorry you are going through this hell too and please send me a message anytime if you need to talk i get it Flowers
