even as life seems to return to a kind of normality for your friends here, many of us continue to grieve for you .. and we will continue to be here for you when you are ready or in need of us we will be here

each candle is a thought, each thought is a prayer however we choose to pray

Nice to see this in active convos.
However I want to add that if it doesn't appear it doesn't mean you or Maude are forgotten GGG.
I thought about you this afternoon as I ate a Roses strawberry cream chocolate. Don't know why but you popped into my head.
You and Maude and all your family are never far from many, many peoples thoughts.

Just to say I have re-lit and that I think of you evry day.
There are two little 2-year-old girls at dd2's music group and I find myself looking at them and thinking how Maude must have been just like them... (well, obviously, she was Maude, not just any 2-year-old girl, but I hope you know what I mean.) So senseless, so cruel, so damn unfair.
I hope you will be able to find some strength from somewhere to see you through these dark, dark days. I re-light the candle in the hope that you can get some tiny glimmer of comfort from knowing that you - and Maude - are in the thoughts and prayers of so many people.

ggg at the moment when I see pink I think of you, Maude and your family. I do hope you don't mind me lighting a candle for you all even though I don't "know" you. One of Maude's many legacies will be how she touched the lives of so many people on mumsnet, and has made so many people realise how incredibly lucky we are to have our children, that they are not "ours" and that we never know how long we will be lucky enough to have them for. Can't find the words to say everything else but I wish you strength for today and the ones that follow.
