when can i reasonably expect a baby to start settling at 7ish?

Have 4.5 week old dd. Strggling to settle her 7-midnight. Driving me insane. Whatks normal?

VV, my DS is 10 weeks and we have just started doing this. He gradually stopped the cluster feeding at about 8/9 weeks and when he he reliably slept for a long period from about 8 we started putting him upstairs. I reckon you've got a while longer but you are nearly at the end of the really hard bit.And when it comes, it is sooo nice to have a bit of time in the evenings

i started a routine at 8 weeks as apparently this is when babies can tel difference between sday and night

i think its a bit early at moment as generally still feeding on demand i was up every 2 hrs with ds at this age

he kind of got himself into own routine as he got bit older but sounds normal to me i know no different
