is the question Ive just been asked about dd2 coming out of mummyys tummy . Please help a very sore exausted mummy this afternoon explain this in SIMPLE terms to my dd1 whos 3.6 mths old!!!. Im all out of talk today!!!

reminds me of when ds1 was born. Had a gathering of pals and ds (aged about 5) of one of them came up to me, looked at ds and asked me in a loud voice, 'did he come out of your tummy, or out of your minnie?'.

dd has always been interested in a pregnancy and childbirth book that ds bought for me - it contains very graphic photos of various types of birth (not cs ones though oddly enough)

I can hardly look them without wincing and crossing my legs but it's been a good introduction and talking point; ds thinks it's all a load of rubbish.
