Your right eatyourveg, hadn't thought of that one. Phonically would Chloe work though? As still and e sound, albeit not as harsh.

I think if you love Chloe, and I feel that you do, you should go for it. It is so hard to find names we love and it does sound right with your sons names.

Psammead · 13/05/2010 13:51

I think Chloe is nice.

But I think Annie Rose is beautiful!

alfiemama · 13/05/2010 14:00

Thats just it Hedwig, I don't seem to love anything, I like it and feel its cute and adaptable but not sure I love it.

thanks Psammead, I like Annie Rose because its different and wont get lots of girls at nursery called it.

Do you thing brother would be miffed as he has an Ava Rose, hubby said we should drop the Rose and find something else?

Annie Victoria
Annie Elizabeth
Annie Lavinia
Annie Maria

alfiemama · 13/05/2010 14:31

Thanks Psammead, Rose just seems to flow better, is Annabeth a name?

Rosanna?

alfiemama · 13/05/2010 20:27

Thats a nice name mathanxiety, will ask hubby, but can guess he will say doesn't go with boys. He's not easy to please.

I dont mind it I like it but its VERY popular still

charley24 · 14/05/2010 08:37

I Like Tilly, Milly and Lily.

Our girls are Sophie and Chloe, and I have a niece and nephew Harry and Heidi, it's funny when Grandma shouts for them all as they all have an ee sound at the end !

I like Eden, it was on my list, I also loved Saffron but that was laughed at....Sophie would have been a fab Saffy IMO !!!!!

alfiemama · 14/05/2010 11:55

Thanks Charley, love Tilly, but friend has a Mathilda who is now Tilly. Other 2 on my list.
Hubby thinks Eden is too new age to go with boys, he's boring I know but lovely

How about having Rose/Rosa as first name?

alfiemama · 14/05/2010 12:14

Thanks Hedwig, won't go with the surname unfortunately which is one syllable beginning with c. Rose as a middle name is pushing it lol.

How about Tabitha, cat or cute?
Also quite like Elsa, he he suppose you could say the same cat (lion) or cute?

OP posts:
Hedwig3 · 14/05/2010 12:27

Tabitha and Elsa would both work, and i don't think cat for either.

Still think Molly is perfect, is the pet thing a real problem?

Hedwig3 · 14/05/2010 12:29

Edith?

Hedwig3 · 14/05/2010 12:37

Anna Rose?

alfiemama · 14/05/2010 14:26

thanks Hedwig, very kind of you to help me.
I like Edith, Edie for short. Molly is nice, and no could get round the pet issue, hubby quite likes Tabitha. Anna Rose is very beautiful.

Going to try and come up with 3 maybe 4 names for when he/she born now.

oceryo · 14/05/2010 14:33

Elsa is nice, but I do think of Tabitha as a cat's name I'm afraid.

Laetissimus · 14/05/2010 14:48

Love the name Chloe - our youngest (15) is a Chloe which we always shorten to Clo.
She is a lovely laid back 'surf dude' of a girl - she has the most enviable temperament of anyone I have ever met.
I recommend Chloe x

alfiemama · 14/05/2010 15:56

Thanks Oceryo, Elsa is favourite at the moment, Elsa Eve

thanks Laetissimus, she sounds lovely.
