Jude - bit girly, have a friend with a boy called this already, e often gets called Judey as a cute name, drives his mother mad!

Hector - DHs dad called their cat Hector the Arse Inspector because he used to sniff other cats backsides, or something like that so he said No cant use that one!

Gideon though, thats quite nice...

We are considering shortlisting, writing on scrap of paper, then once he is born chucking them up in the air and catching one, whatever it is, that's his name! Appropriate as a naming process Yes?

I would spell it CIARAN my husband wanted to spell it KIERON we couldnt agree my daughter aged 2 couldnt pronounce it and kept saying queer un which im afraid put us both off altogether GOOD LUCK !
