Elsa my fav

not keen on Thea or Cecily

Don't mind Anna or Helena

congratulations btw!

UnrequitedSkink · 06/11/2009 18:50

I love Helena, it's classic, and I also like Elsa which is short, sweet and pretty. Not so keen on Thea (I think middle aged dry and dusty academic) and Anna is just a bit dull really!

Marne · 06/11/2009 18:52

I like Thea and Elsa.

daisydotandgertie · 06/11/2009 18:53

Anna or Helena are my favourites.

Not keen on Thea or Cecily, and ambivalent about Elsa.

Congratulations!

Heated · 06/11/2009 18:53

I absolutely adore Helena and Anna, beautiful, classic names. The others are nice but these two are fab.

bluebump · 06/11/2009 18:54

I love Thea and Anna.

bellissima · 06/11/2009 19:08

Another vote for Helena or Anna.

Elsa = the lion in Born Free. That's yonks old i know but I just immediately think that.

needanamefast · 06/11/2009 19:09

Anna is a family name as well.....

Anna and Thea, I love

Helena is very pretty

Elsa will always be a lioness to me

Cecily , I just don't like

TigerFeet · 06/11/2009 19:20

dd2 may well have been Anna had it not been a bit too matchy-matchy with our surname

I do rather like Cecily though

Elsa or even Elva is lovely.

Congratulations.

cyteen · 06/11/2009 19:27

They're all lovely except Cecily. Thea or Elsa get my vote. Congratulations!

MaggieMonday · 06/11/2009 19:29

What a lovely list. the only slight comment is that I prefer Elena to Helena, but otherwise all beautiful elegant names.

Anna
Thea
Cecily
Helena
Elsa

Only one option given with a middle name - betcha go for Cecily

FWIW I love Helena, especially with Nell as a nickname.

Congratulations :-)

OP posts:
SixtyFootDoll · 06/11/2009 19:41

Anna cecile
Anna Cecily a bit of a mouthful

thirtysomething · 06/11/2009 19:42

Congratulations!

I love Anna and Thea

Not massively keen on Cecily - I guess only because it would be a difficult name to "wear" through school in these parts .....

I like Helena but absolutely love Elena....

Not keen on Elsa as just feels too old-lady to me but love Elisa (pronounced Ell-ee-za rather than Ell-eye-za)
