My dd is Meredith, we liked Merry as a name but it is a name for a little girl, not a grown woman. We figure she can choose to be Merry, or Edith, or Edie when she's older - or use her full name.

Merrily is blardy awful IMO.

Marylea would be better than Merrily, or Mary Leigh.

Otherwise Row Row Row your boat might get a bit painful.

I like Merrilees

When I first read it I though no way,
but it has grown on me by the end of page 2.

I do get the living up to the name thing though,
I know tennagers Gorgeous and Summer who have a hard time, Gorgeous is but thinks she isn't, and Summer is a Goth so not very summery.

I dont mind it but then I knew a Merrilly who was just adorable
