amelia jane was naughty again

the naughtiest girl in the school I think was called elizabeth Was a self-ruling school - head boy was called rita iirc

Love them! Polly is gorgeous - def going on the list. Also loving George and Georgina. Some great suggestions on here - totally loved Mallory Towers when I was little!

The Secret Seven were:

Peter, Janet, Jack, Colin, Pam, Barbara, George (and Scamper!) but not sure any of these really fit the bill - quite 1960s - ex. Jack and George.

I like Elizabeth. Betty is lovely but you could also have Bets, Beth, Lizzie, Eliza or Liza. There's scope for her to decide what she prefers when she gets older.
