Only 15 weeks, bt really struggling. Was liking Finn, but just not sure. My favourite girls name was Cecily but DH has declared it poncey and pretentious knobhead. I am now liking Kitty for a girl and Felix for a boy. Is Felix just too........feline? . Is everyone always going to think of the cat food or is it just a twats name?

Heeeeeeeeelllllppppp

Love Felix. My DD is Tabitha and some have mentioned a cat connection, but so what? I like cats anyway!

Forgot to mention, if you ended up with a Felix and a Kitty then maybe a few comments may be made. One of the reasons DH has vetoed Felix as a potential name in the future.

I hope not to end up with a potential Felix and Kitty as we weren't intending to have a third child, never mind a fourth! there is only one in there too.

Liz, my friend has a 3 year old Rudy and did get a lot of comments to begin with, but mosly from narrow minded or old people . Edith Bowmans son is called Rudy, so there's a few more out there now.

And Jude Law's son as well. Dare I risk the mockery? Think I'm going for Alexander Rudy (surname) or Edward Rudy

My DS was going to be a Felix but was too beefy to suit the name, judging by the pic of your gorgeous DS1, Felix would be purrfect (sorry)!

suwoo · 20/02/2009 19:26

audley. Thanks for the compliment.

Wot good taste in names! I have always tried to argue my corner for 'Felix', and also 'Kitty', but DH said they were both cats names!
Stick to your guns, both bit different, but great! .

Erm ...I have a Felix. It's a name DH and I both loved, and also in his family.

And Felix was a very cool cat!
