Expecting DC3 and getting excited about names. What do you think?

Claudia's nice. You don't hear it very often. I think Hermione sounds a bit nobby to be honest.

belgo · 06/09/2008 18:27

Claudia is lovely, Hermione is far too pretty and the association with Harry Potter too strong.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 06/09/2008 18:27

I adore both but dh didnt like Hermoine so we went for Claudia.

FabioBadAssCat · 06/09/2008 18:29

Claudia.
Bear in mind I am a cat, so slightly biased.
But it's waaaaay nicer than Hermione, and people will be able to pronounce it.

treacletart · 06/09/2008 18:29

Claudia

frazzledoldbag34 · 06/09/2008 18:40

And why is it when lots of people seem to like Claudia that there aren't ever very many of them about? My concern would be that I use the name and suddenly there are millions of them and mine is one of 5 in her class or something. (I was one of 5 girls with the same name in my classs at school and it wasn't great)

Claudia

Hermione is toooooooooooo close to Harry Potter.

Anna8888 · 06/09/2008 18:40

I like Arabella a lot.

notsoteenagemum · 06/09/2008 18:46

I like Hermione who cares about the Potter thing there are still loads of Harrys. However it seems to have a bit of a chav following round here. I heard someone pronouncing it Hermi-ownie the other day.
Don't like Claudia sorry reminds me of a nasty cousin.

Raahh · 06/09/2008 19:29
